This may help,
I have an x700 non-pro Powercolor R41AB-ND3
that defaults @400/266.
Using ATI Tool, I had No Trouble bringing it up to 450/300.
The card is Supposed to come standard with 3.6ns modules, but this one has 3.0ns. So I was able to go up past 266mhz which did surprise me. I read an OCP review that stated the Bravo x700(same Spec)card would do 439/267 and no more.
The x700Pro is 425/430(860 eff. mem) w/ 2.2ns modules if I remember it right, and it can go a bit higher than that with ATI Tool.(Powercolor x700Pro is model R41A-PD3)
ATI Tool is the Only OC tool that has ever let me clock up correctly and test as I go. Powerstrip just doesn't cut it.
You can do a search and find out all you want on the x700Pro, or the x700 Bravo edition. Visiting Powercolor.com enabled links on several of those reviews but there's not much fuss about the plain jane x700.
also,Pro has 256mb DDR3 as Mine has 256mb DDR2.
Hope this helped.
