If I set my HTT any higher my ram won't work. If I lower ram it will be to 266 instead of 333 which it's at now, and then I would have to up the HTT alot to get the ram back to 200 which would require alot of voltage. With my current bios I'm getting incorrect temp readings. So what's next?

um where do ya get that nvidia overclocking utility? is it ntone (if so i'm in trouble as DFI do not like ntune...)

That OC utility is coolbits. It just edits my registry and then allowes for those options in my nvidia panel.
