I have a Gateway 700S running Windows XP Professional.
My BIOS is MV85010A.15A.0075.P13.

Has anyone made a bootable floppy for either MS-DOS
or FreeDOS that allows me access to my USB "key" (memory stick)?

I have tried some procedures from the web but they don't
seem to work. It would take to much space to describe
all the permutations that I tried, so I am just asking
if anyone has succeeded.

Do I have to upgrade the BIOS to P15?

(I asked a similar question a few days ago; this
question is less ambitious.)
