The same way you would normally do it with any other PC.

First put the cd in then go into your bios and select boot from cd or optical drive. hit f10 the when it starts up hit enter when it ask to boot from cd.

Check for XP drivers first for your system. If there are none, don't install XP on it.

If it is a Dell pc, just go to the dell website, enter your Service Tag and download the driver first, then do a normal install as you would do on any other PC.
