I hate the unique jumps.

In particular the single jump that is holding me back from ever having
gotten a 100% on Vice City. I wish there were some way for them to have
put in an indicator that you are almost doing a unique stunt, but aren't
doing it right, or at least that if you have done it right it will tell
you that you did it correctly but you had already done it in the past.
Currently there is no way to tell between an incorrect jump and one you
have already done.

Because of that on my first run through VC I have gone back and re-done
the jumps at least three times now trying to get whichever one I am
missing to trigger. I think I know what one it is and even on several
clean restarts of the game I have never done that one right enough to get
it to trigger.

Nonetheless, I would like to find some tools to get around that. I know
I could probably track down a 100% from someone out there, but I want
that 100% on *my* game, and I am willing to compromise my principles
enough to do it this way.

To clarify, I want a tool that will allow me to edit the PC version of
Vice City's save game files. I should think that a talented programmer
would have come up with something that could go in and set or un-set the
various flags that those save files have to keep track of. If they have,
however, I can't manage to find it anywhere. My programming skills have
long since rusted to the point of non-functionality or I would do it
myself (assuming I ever posessed the skills to do it, though it seems a
simple enough chore).

I am also interested in making or modifying mods for VC (again on the PC
obviously). I ran across spaceeinstein's all in one mod today and I
liked most of its features, but there are some aspects of it that I would
like to alter or eliminate. Does anyone know of a website, guide, or
some reference that would tell me what tools I need to make mods for VC?
I have found several editors, but no real outline of the steps involved
to make the mods or what files need to be edited (and hopefully some
advice on which editor to use)

Any help you all could provide would be most appreciated. TIA
