What is PIPElsarpc ?

While connected to the internet (I have dial-up), if I type <net file> in
the command window, I see entrise with ID and path as \PIPE\lsarpc. No
entries under Username and #Locks.

Is this any sort of security breach? I someone trying to access my computer?
