External drive, automatically creates folders

I produces external drive automatic folders, and I have no option to delete them

Anti-virus programs often set up temporary files (as do some Microsoft applications) on HDDs that are used when running. That looks like what you are experiencing.

I would download and run (after updating, of course) malwarebytes (malwarebytes.org) to make sure you don't have anything else going on. the free version is a very good tool to use.
