Linksys 1.46 fixes DHCP bug on BEFSR41-v1 and BEFSR41-v2

Linksys 1.46 firmware fixes the 1.45.11 DHCP renewal bug.

Note that 1.46 is *not* for the BEFSR41-v3 hardware.
