I noticed that at 640x480 my shadow mask 955df monitor has horizontal lines (black ones), it's not like wires in aperature grille monitors, but still I can see this distance between pixels at low res, I think all monitors have that, how about Trinitron ones?

Usually no type of monitors (AG or SM) have horizontal black lines in the middle of the image @ 640x480. At least I've never seem them (just the damper wires of the AG at any res.) - and I've seen quite a few monitors in my life. But maybe I didn't pay attention ;)
