F-Secure antivirus, firewall problem? help!

Hi,
I use F-Secure antivirus ("fsavcs552sr2" F-Secure Antivirus Client
Security) with satisfaction.
Today I like to add the same antivirus in another PC but F-Secure
gives me some worry.
In fact this antivirus blocks everything.
The other PC has Intranet modem and I don't succeed to go online.
The antivirus or its firewall blocks Internet Explorer, Kazaa Lite, ..
ect, ect and doesn't succeed to update antivirus definition.
Yet everything is configureded well.
Is there a firewall problem?
If I go in "Internet Protection/allowed applications" everything is
ok.
Why she has this problem?
