I thought that was an odd one. Those were the guys who sued Intel a few
months ago for patent infringement on a "High Performance Microprocessor
Having Variable Speed System Clock". Apparently the co-owners of the
patent are umm, estranged... and haggling over who it belongs to. Intel
paid the other guys, Moore, TPL et.al., and now AMD is paying the other
half of the protagonists, PTSC... and this before litigation between TPL
and PTSC is settled. Could get interesting.:-)
