Well was just about to put my advance order for SA in and guess what
Amazon UK have put the price up to practically £30 (from £25ish) :-(.
So what if it's a limited edition - I want the game and not some
novella!? Anyway looks as if play.com as getting my money :-D

Me too - that's £30 on Amazon plus delivery, whereas Play.com have it for
£25 including delivery. I haven't bought from Play.com before so I don't
know what the service is like, but if it's pretty good they might have my
custom instead of Amazon from now on.

I suppose that's exactly what they're after mind, using a big-selling game
to grab some new customers. Fair play to them.

In my experience Play.com's customer service is excellent........and is
usually cheaper than Amazons.........and no extra postage charge!

I never use Amazon any more and swear by Play, so you are in good hands.

It's still way up there in the charts (And; their FAQs page is still
getting the most hits on gamefaqs.com).

If you think that's bad, imagine my disappointment at the background
story DVD only being available on the two CD official soundtrack as
opposed to the boxset. This is before San Andreas Radio appeared on the
web, and I still haven't got most of the GTA:SA soundtrack out of my
head.

Cool email by the way, I've just started Hogfather (Only need three more
for the entire TP collection).

Cheers,
Rob

Yeah there's been some discussion on other boards about what the
novella actually is, cd-rom/book whatever.

Must admit I quite like the email as well, took a while to get through
all the TP books though :-)

Nice to hear some reassurance, thanks fellas! Looking forward to getting to
grips with San Andreas, not long now.

Available on gameplay.com for £25. 99p delivery more or less guarantees
receipt on day of release.
