Verizon Motorola E815

I apologize if my questions have been answered many times but I have
searched all the forums quite well and only managed to have confused
myself much more. I just purchased an E815 from Verizon, I don't have
the phone yet. I want to be able to put my own mp3 ringtones on there
like I was able to do with my data cable and my LG VX4500. I also would
like to be able to move pictures and videos back and forth between my
phone and my computer. Contacts and Calendars and whatnot wouldbe nice
features but they aren't essential.

I would like to transer using bluetooth, but I will get a data cable
should I need to. I already bought a USB dongle for my PC so I could
transfer files with the phone. I have come across many crossed details
as far as how I can do this, and what is limited with Verizon. One
review said I would be able to do all fo this easily, another said
verizon crippled the phone to not allow this. I also have no idea what
software would let me do this, and whether or not the software only
supports usb or if I can use bluetooth with it as well. The cheaper the
better but I can spend a little money as long as it is reasonable. Any
information regarding this would be very helpful for me, and I would
really appreciate it. Thanks everyone.
