This is a slot one CPU and I'm trying to find out if it's a Pentium II class
or Pentium III class processor. On the circuit board it says "Intel
Celeron", 333/66 Malay, 98350183-SL2WN. It's in a Compaq Deskpro.

Any help will be appreciated.

I'd run CPU-Z, and see what it tells me.
