LG VX4650 - Ringtone Software?

Hello, All-

I just bought the LG VX4650 for use with Verizon. Is there an easy way
to take MIDI files and convert them into polyphonic ringtones for this
mobile unit and download them to the VX4650?

What is the best/easiest software to do this?
