I am sorry I submitted this to wrong forum.

I have two computers with Intel D865PERLL boards, both on UPS.
Following power outage, both PS-ON circuits seem to have failed.
Motherboard led is on. Bench tested both boards with known good
processor, power supply, memory, video card. Have checked power supply
with voltmeter. Have manually shorted PS-ON pins to check cabinet
switch. Jumpered bios reset.

Anything I am missing?
Thank you in advance for any suggestions.
