How to manage search window in Window 7

Hello,
1)My search box keeps popping up all by itself numerous times very erractic and
it makes my computer unusable. My OS is WIND7pro. The search box only stops after closing it through the Task Manager, but again reappears. No additional system was found to be active in Task Manger.
2) The search in page option has become a persistant feature in IE , it never closes, and makes typing in page, even addresses, impossible.
I tried to remove with latest virus definition, still it is there .

Have you scanned for malware?

use Malwarebytes in Save Mode with Network
