NextVision N4 Video Processor Ghosting problems

I just got the N4 and the VGA signal is terrible on my NEC monitor.
I see a white shadow image on anything vertical like the cursor I-beam.
Or ghosting lines up and down.
I'm going to try another video card and monitor.
But I'm not impress with this.
It might be a ground problem but I put hardware all on the same circuit.
This is mainly for our LCD projection at church so that will be the final say.
