Compatability Issue

Hello,
I have a program, Agtek Earthwork 3D that was designed to be run on windows XP 32 bit. I am currently running windows 7 ult 64 bit OS, I have tried compatibility mode with no luck. Can I install a copy of xp pro 32 bit on my c drive as my earthwork software will only install to the c drive?
