Best Joystick To Use On S.A PC Version.

Do you know what the best joystick would be to use for GTA, S.A. for the
pc.As there are too many keys that have to be used playing it by
keyboard.But tell me this even though can play it with a joystick do you
still have to use the mouse and the keys too or is there a good joystick
you can use where you dont use the keys just the joystick.If so what one ,
it would be so much appreciated if you could tell me what to get my friend..
