Hi

I read that there was a "retry mission" key on the PS2 game, so if you
failed a mission you can skip right back to the start instantly.

I am currently struggling with the motorbike and train mission ("Wrong Side
of The Tracks"?) and have tried pressing every key I can think of when I
fail, but no joy.

Does anyone know if there is an equivalent key for the PC?

Thx.

I struggled with that one on the PS2. If I remember correctly there is not
a retry option on that mission.

There is a "Trip Skip" feature for vehicles. It is the "Y" key by
default. I don't know any other details. You can look it up the
nice bound book that came with your SA.

No, sadly with this mission you always had to ride all the way back to
his house after failing.

In the PS2 versions, there was a taxi cab waiting out front after *some*
missions that would immediately cut the scene and take you to where the
mission is supposed to begin. It was convenient, but I prefer driving
through town -- that's how we learn the maps!

Well, I couldn't find anything in the nice little hardback book that came
with the game - hence why I asked in here.

It depends on the mission. This one with the bike and shooting guys off
the train doesn't have the option. You have to drive to the train station
every time you try the mission.

However, with another one like the first mission with OG Loc or whatever
his name is, you can skip the trip without having to go pick him up.
