Just wanted everyone to know, there is now a portable LCD monitor available.
It is the NED LCD1565 15" LCD monitor. It is great for gaming and has
AWESOME picture quality. And it is specifically made to be PORTABLE. The
base folds up against the back of the monitor and the screen has a
protective covering. When folded, the entire monitor plus power supply
easily fit in a 16" or 17" notebook carrying case!!!

As I wrote in another thread, I built a portable gaming system with Antec
Aria case, P4 2.8, 512MB RAM, FX5900XT. It gets 13,666 on 3DMark 2001, and
the whole thing (with monitor) fits into two bags that are airplane carry-on
sized!!!

I thought more people would probably want to know about this monitor, as it
is a great alternative to a notebook if you need something portable and
upgradeable. It looks like there is a 17" version also, but that would be
tough to fit in a carry-on bag.

Last I checked, Amazon, Circuit City and Staples all carried this. -Dave
