It's not in the manual so I figured I'd save some of you the trouble of
finding where to put your User Radio Station songs. Create Shortcuts to the
songs and place them in the GTA San Andreas User Files\User Tracks folder in
your MY DOCUMENTS folder. Then go to Audio setup and scan for new tracks and
it will add your MP3s.
