Hey, I went to a Cingular tech to have him update the software on my 6340i and
during the download the phone died...they didn't fault me for any damages, and
gave me a new phone on the spot...but when I got home, I decided to check the
new phone and see if the software was updated...it was not, so I went back to
have them update the new phone, and it died as well! They gave me yet another
phone and said there were some problems with the computer they were using; told
me to call in a week or so and hopefully they'd have it straightened out...just
an FYI....beware the dreaded software update on YOUR 6340i...!
