From what I gather from this group, the g6-400 with
4m4pbox1.15A.0033.P21 bios can handle a max of
256 megs of low density, 16x8 chip pc100/133 in each memory
slot. True?? Thanks to all and especially Mr. Neth for past help.

Just to update for those old Gateway owners who want some good cheap
memory. I bought a a 256 meg pc100 16x8 chip from www.pcwonderinc.com
for only 68.00. I was extremely satisfied with their service and
highly recommend them.
