Dear Video guru:

I am starting to explore the Adobe Premiere to do some video editing.
During capture, every so often it display a group of 'white pixel block' on
the monitor. Perhaps I need to change my old Video Card.

May be you can give me some advise of what inexpensive Video Board to get
for me to be able to do descent quality video editing.

Thanks
