TV-capture to divx (hardware) with EZDVX / MPG480

From looking at the description, it looks great that it has MPEG4
Hardware encoding. However, I can't find much info on it either.

I contacted Yuan and they told me that the card is not set for release
untill October this year, that is why the information about it is so scarce.
It looks promising tho but I will go with the hauppauge 350 myself, I can
always change in the future if it turns out this card is any good
