Radeon 9600XT upgrade to GeForce3 Ti-200?

Hi.
The subject says it.
Would this be better?
The GeForce card has 64M of RAM...the Radeon would have 128Megs.
I don't have the power supply to run anything better like a 9800
Pro---I only have a 250W PS.
Other specs:

P4-2.6G
512M RAM
