TFT LCD monitors for consumer use do NOT come with S-video inputs. They use
DVI or VGA.

You might find them under "LCD TV" category from manufacturers pages.
Samsung LW-17M11C springs to mind as first example I can think of.

I am not sure about S-Video support of a rackmount LCD monitor. Anyway, I do
know that rackmount.com sells DVI version of rackmount LCD Monitor. My
company bought a few last year from the company.
