DVD Drive Missing

Hello,
Just purchased HP 6000 Pro. DVD seemed to work at first but I think I must have inadvertently tried to download somthing in 32 bit in my 64 bit machine. Now computer doesn't even recognize that I have a DVD drive.

Try downloading the driver/firmware via HP's support site. If that doesn't work, you'll have to remove the upper and lower filters:
