Using Avira Premium ver10, Mbam Pro, HitmanPro(on-demand) Outpost Pro ver7. No new software installed.

I do not know what to do to be free from this error. Not quite knowledgable in the tweaks for Windows 7 also as I am a new user.

Please help.

You could try popping in your install DVD, and repairing 7.
If it isn't too much trouble for you, you could just start from scratch.

i would def. go w/ the repair.
way easier to try, and you shouldn't loose any settings or anything
