Hi There,

I have recently seen wireless LCD TV's by Sharp, LG etc... that use
802.11b/g.

Does anyone know if it is possible to get wireless monitors that can
be fed singal from your PC.

Cheers
Richard.

Well 802.11g only has a net data throughput of 54 Mbps,
just barely adequate for pure-digital standard-def
TV, unless some form of compression is being used.

A representative 1280x1024x24bpp@60Hz graphics monitor
takes data at 1.9 Gbps, so '11g seems too slow by a
factor of 35x or so.
