A cool page indeed. However, I found several of the items to be
incorrect. The php script is still under development. I trust that
the author will fix the errors in the future.

Cool! Thanks for the link.

"Cash made in a Taxi $29262.00"

WTF? You are one patient man :) I still have to do those 50 dropoffs,
but they're so boooooooring.

It's just 50 in one sitting. Average fare $35.24. I did ten yesterday (only
just got SA) but realised that I need to get used to the controls a bit more
(and possibly drive about a bit to up my driving skill).

The fares are low but you get bonuses as you string together taxi
runs. The bonus increases for every five completed drops.

I know - I factored the bonus in when I calculated the average (yes, I am
sad enough to run it through Excel).

There's also now a tip bar which only decreases when you collide with
something.

Driving flat out and being careful at the same time can also often get
you a 'Speed Bonus' too.

it decreases with time too.

looking back, i can honestly say i only got about a quarter of the fares
with something left in the tip bar. saying that, i hadn't worked on my
driving skills so it could be better.

that was 50 in a row, by the way :)

look at it this way... it's an 'honest' way of earning cash, you get to
learn the city and your driving skills are improved.

being patient helps too :)

You can be sneaky and do the Taxi Driver missions later on with the
added bonus of having nitro equipped at TransFender.

I quite like my lowrider dark green taxi with spoiler )

Err - no. $29,262 divided by 50 is not $35.24

Excel was a quick and easy way of including the increasing "in a row"
bonuses every five (consecutive) dropoffs.

Whoops my bad, I drew my conclusion a bit too trigger-happy. Now it is
just regularly sad that you calculated the average bonus using excel ;-)

i think i've found an error too... my "furthest hoop" was only 3.something
meters and that's not 51 feet!

if you've found errors, i'm sure the author would love to hear from you...

how does he do this?

Number of successful dates: 62
Number of times scored with a girl: 58

I've just got the oysters near the SF naval base and that was hard enough.
I'm not even going to try for the LV and desert ones until that section of
the map has opened (but it will be the first thing I do).

you don't have to "score" with a girl to have a successful date... just
like real life (tm)!

seriously though, you can go on a date, get invited in for coffee but
refuse and still get a successful date.

you do get invited in for "coffee" early if you get all oysters but as
explained in another post, you don't have to accept :)

I thought the question was "How does he get to score after only 4
dates, presumably with different girlfriends", as it normally takes
more than 4 dates if I recall correctly.

>From my stats:
Number of successful dates 47
Number of disastrous dates 3
Number of times scored with a girl 26

That makes 26 out of 44, and I usually say yes to "coffee", so 18 dates
over 5 gitrls gives an average of only 3 dates before "coffee". I
thought it took more than that. Still, the stats only make sense if
it's only one or two girlfriends.

It took me loads of dates with Denise before CJ scored.

And Denise is a slut.
