If windows 7 didn't load one, odds are there isn't one. You are talking about an ancient card, and a very modern OS. Seeing as we are talking about a DX8 card weaker then the 9800pro, you might as well go get a new one. The 4650 or 7600GS will be much faster then what you have, support many new features like DX9, SM3, and GPU accelerated video. They will also probably run cooler and use less electricity. A win all the way around, except for the $40-75 you'll have to spend to get it.
