Ya I checked it in another two machines.
In one machine it won't boot at all and the machune will beep.
In the other machine it will boot but all other PCI cards, including the
Internal PCI bridged cards (Sound, NIC) won't work. The TV tunner got
extremely hot (I can't touch it with my hand).
So, Yes. I'm sure it can go to bin
