Maybe the owner will pay you to take it away.
The 'Wing 1200GL engine is a water pumper and, as long as you keep oil in it, practically indestructible. Engine may not run, but it's probably not seized.
The key problem can be solved two ways. The ignition cylinder will have a 5 or 6 character code on it somewhere. Pull the cylinder and take it to a locksmith or Honda dealer. They can cut keys to that code. Or more expensively, buy a new lockset. Keep in mind that when you do this, they will want to see ownership papers.
I know about the key code stuff, because when I was stationed in Germany, I bought an abandoned '84 GPz750 at a military PDO auction and it did not have keys.
