TV Problems, with MSI TV @nywhere

hi there,
i have a problem, i have a MSI TV @nywhere card in my computer and i
istall driver and software to watch tv on my computer but its not
working i try different operating systems,
Windows XP Home Editon
Windows XP Professional Edition
Windows 2000 Nt Professional
Windows 2000 NT Server
Windows 2003 Server
but i have same problem.


The Instruction at "0x6e144d66" referenced memory at

0x00bf1000". The momory could not be "read"
Click on ok to terminate the program
Click Cancel to debug the program

now i don't know how to solve this problem, is there any one how have
any idea to rid off this problem?

This has historically occurred when something installed a component that
replaced one in a service pack with an earlier version. You might want to
try rerunning the service pack installation and see if that makes it go
away.
