It *is* possible but quite difficult.

Hit the ramp as close to the edge as you can. As soon as you take off, let
go of the accelerator and steer hard towards whichever side of the ramp you
hit. Repeat 100 times until it eventually works.

The one I found impossible was the very first one (the 360 degree turn).
When I held down W and S and A together to spin the car around, the keyboard
buffer filled up and the PC beeped madly at me. The car sat stationary on
the spot. I had to switch to joypad controls to get past that one. :-/
