how can you get in without a piolts licence iv driven around but cant seem
to find a way in

jump on your car and if the car is close enough, you can climb on the
building and enter the airport.

Actually, you can climb the building without the car.

Go to the tunnel that overlooks it (the tunnel is the one that goes under
The Farm). Barrel down from the top end at full speed, shoot out of the end,
over the cliff, and you'll jump the water and land in the airport, near
where the helicopter spawns.

You guys know about the tunnel right?
Easiest way into Easter Bay Airfield.

The tunnel up on the mountain, go to the other end in an NRG, and
charge it heading for the SF end. You'll land in between the two of
three south-westerly hangars. Now you're in.

Surprise = there's another NRG spawn there as well, between the two
hangars. It's near the Maverick. Further north east is the heat
seeking RPG (HS-RPG)

I used to climb the nearby hill, swipe the crop duster, and use it to fly
in.
