Geforce FX 5600 Ultra - Video signal suddenly drops

Hi,

I was working on my uncle's machine this afternoon trying to field this
complaint.

He has a GeForce FX 5600 Ultra with the following specs

128 Mg
Bios Version 4.31
Driver Version 5.2.1.6

I downloaded the latest drivers, installed them, but I'm wondering if anyone
has
experienced this problem before? Any ideas on what I can do?

I know the fan on the card is working properly, and the cpu itself remains
on,
so it's not processor heat related I don't think. Let me know. Thanks.
