PNY Geforce 5900 XT Ramsink Removal

I recently bought a 5900XT because I noticed my 440MX oced to 490/790
wasn't cutting it, even though that's an insane overclock for such a
budget card = ).



I'm designing a waterblock that'll cool the ram and GPU, but was
wondering if anyone has tried removing the sinks on this card.

I know most of them use thermal tape, and this looks to be the case
with this card... but you can never be too sure.

If someone else has a similar card (since most derrive from the Nvidia
reference card) or the same card, I'd like to know what exactly I'm
dealing with.
