Buggy Windows

Why is it that we(companies,consumers) allow Microsh!t wo release a produckt with know bugs/defects and do nothing, but yet sue the crap out of other companies that do the same thing: Ford Pinto, corvair, etc. Why dont these companies that have lost millions or billions of dollars due to lost production time get together and sue the crap out of Microsh!t?
Just my thought for the day! Slow day at work.

Yes I know about the EULA, and I think its wrong the Microsoft can put out a known buggy/defective product that can allow people to take advantage of the bugs. Yes what they[ the hackers] are doing isnt right either but it would be more difficult if the bugs/holes werent there.
Would you buy a car with 200,300, 400, 500+ known problems with it?
All I am saying is that I think its wrong to allow one company to produce a known defective/buggy product with no way to hold them responsible.

Here is the problem with your car analogy. We dont let people drive cars without taking a written and practical application test. Cant go buy a car and drive off the lot with no license. But any idiot can go out and buy a computer and operate it. It's usually the computer illiterate and who get hit with these bugs. You think Microsoft is the only one with flaws/bugs and security risks. Join the <A HREF="http://www.cert.org/" target="_new">CERT</A> mailing list and see some of the flaws in the various flavors of unix that pop up month to month.
