The 845GL chipset supports only 400 MHz bus P4 and Celeron processors.
A non-Prescott 533 (i.e., 512K cache, not 1M) will probably work, but
not at full speed because of the slower bus and the multiplier lock on
the CPU.
A 2.8/533 CPU will run at 2.8*(100/133) or 2.1 GHz.
There are still vendors who sell the 400 MHz bus P4 - 2.8 is currently
as fast as you can get - newegg.com had the 2.8/400 for $137 as of
yesterday - it's the best you can do with this board.
Make sure you get the 400 MHz bus - only that one will work at full speed.
