GTA:SA - Buying properties?

I (finally) got to the end mission
I finished the game with 62.03% game progress, so that should mean
there's a whole 37.97% of the game I didn't discover yet.

What's bugging me most, is that the car dealer across the street from
your garage in San Fierro is "for sale", but not "at this moment"... So,
now I've completed the main storyline, I was wondering /when/ it would
be for sale.
Maybe it's important to mention that I've skipped the Zero missions
after the first one because the RC Baron flying is a disaster.

Hm, no. After failing 10000 times the stupid 2 wheels mission, I stopped.

But I'll try it again. After all, I succeeded flying school, and I think
flying is much harder than driving

you have to do it to get the garage missions and to open up import
export
