I have a dual display setup on a laptop with LCD on one and TV out on the
other. I am using 4.6.0.1 of the drivers.

What I want to do is have just picture/video overlay on the TV full screen
and a black window on the LCD.

How can I do this? I've tried all sorts of things but can't get the effect I
want.
