Is it a know bug or problem that when the nview desktop manager is aktivated
ms outlook express is not working, meaning that it blocks more than 50% of
the systemressorces and stops. When nview is desaktivated everything works
well?

Yes, it is a bug in all the beta 6x.xx's so far. It's a pain in the butt to
deactivate NView everytime you want to use an effected app. but otherwise
the 6x.xx's are actually less buggy then the 56.72 WHQL
