Install windows 7 on vista computer

Solution
You can use Easy Transfer Wizard for user profiles and all associated documents, mail archives, etc. You cannot however transfer applications. They will have to be re-installed.
Depending on which versions of Vista and 7 you have, you should be able to upgrade Vista directly to 7. You cannot directly upgrade 32bit to 62bit, and you also cannot swap between versions, i.e. upgrade Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate.

Thank you for your answer. I do not wish to upgrade. I have the 2 OS installed on 2 different drives. I want to keep a multiboot, but wish to transfer my vista parameters and files to 7.
