Which GFX has full direct x 9 support

Ati 9800 pro

They both do, and they're about equal in performance. All the FX5200, 5600,
5700,5800,5900 series have full DX9 support. In Radeons the 9200, 9500,
9600, 9700 and 9800 and X800 series are all full DX9 cards. The 9000 and
9100 are not. Whether or not all these cards can sustain decent framerates
in a DX9 game is another story.

The ATI 9200's are not DX 9 cards. They are actually just
Radeon 9000 Pros with AGP 8X bus support. They are DX 8.1 cards.

Yea but if there running some games in 16 bit fp that is not dx 9 .
fp is 24 bit and above Nvidia runs default I think at 16bit. Floating point
is not full dix 9

My mistake, you're right. Got mixed up with AGP8X support which the 9200's
have but the 9000/9100 don't. The RV280 core has no DX9 support.
