.... except that if you are trying to win turf in LS in the first part
of the game, Angel Pine is not accessible yet but that extra health
would come in handy. I did the ambulance missions in one of the small
towns in Red County, Montgomery maybe. As you progress through the
missions you find typically 3 patients nearby, then 1, 2 or 3 in one of
the other small towns, and 1 in a small trailer park fairly nearby and
accessible by a main road.

Once you learn the 4 routes between the hospital and these places, the
missions are pretty easy requiring just steady cool driving.
