Hi all,

I got a serious problem in my firewall cluster which are running Check
Point NG AI R55 with Rainfinity RainWall 3.1 SP5 R1. Here are the
scenario:

Both firewalls are in cluster (HA and load balancing mode). When I took
the secondary firewall offline for maintenance, suddenly the management
is losing contact with the primary firewall. I'm unable to push the
policies towards the primary firewall. The secondary firewall... I did
a installation from scratch for Check Point and rainfinity
unfortunately, the firewall management servers unable to recognize the
secondary firewall!

Where I did wrong? How to fix this problem?

Thanks.

Regards,

Alex
